How can I add new Data Schemas to my DocDigitizer Subscription?

Adding new Data Schemas to your subscription is only available for Enterprise Customers.

If you are an Enterprise Customer, you may add new data schemas or add new fields to existing ones as long as there is a minimum of 200 documents per month of that particular type.

To add a new document to your subscription, you just email your account manager with the data schema definition (the fields you want) and a small dataset of examples (+15 document samples). Our pre-sales team will do a viability analysis and add the data schema to your account.

This process often takes 2-10 days.

Can I process a PDF with multiple documents with a standard subscription?

No. When you submit a PDF containing multiple documents, our extraction system cannot determine which document you want to process. Standard subscriptions only allow data extraction from a single document. In such cases, we cannot guarantee consistent output; you may receive either a rejection or data from a random document within the PDF. Please ensure you submit PDFs with only one document, or consider upgrading to an Enterprise subscription.
